No. Diamond Solution is not a financial or investment product. It constitutes the purchase of physical diamonds within a structured model with optional add-on services. The stated discounts do not represent capital gains, interest, or return guarantees.

You select a Solution Plan that defines a specific carat range and a 12-month term. After signing and payment, you acquire a physical, GIA-certified diamond as your property. Throughout the term, contractually agreed discounts are credited to your account. At the end of the term, you have several options: delivery, buyback, or renewal.

Diamond Solution is a product of STIG International, headquartered at Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. The team consists of experts in diamond trading, GIA certification, and financial technology, including Patrick Stoeger (CEO), Michael Lang (COO), and Mag. Thomas Adler (GIA Certified Expert).

There are seven Solution Plans (SP1–SP7), differentiated by investment amount and carat range — from SP1 starting at $100 (0.18–0.29 ct) to SP7 from $100,000 (4.0+ ct). All plans run for 12 months by default and are also available as 24-month versions.

The discounts stated within the Solution Plans represent contractually defined price reductions. These are credited over the agreed term and form part of the contractual conditions. They do not constitute interest, capital gains, or return guarantees.

The carat range is determined by the selected Solution Plan and its corresponding price. Within the defined range, a stone meeting the quality standards is selected. The exact carat value of the received diamond may vary within the stated range.

VIP Packages boost your monthly discount rate across all active Solution Plans for 12 months. VIP Pack 1 ($150) adds +1% monthly, VIP Pack 2 ($500) adds +2%, and VIP Pack 3 ($1,000) adds +3%. At higher plan volumes, VIP Packages can be mathematically advantageous — however, no guarantee is given.

Upon expiry of the agreed term, the following contractually defined options are available:

Delivery — the diamond is physically handed over to you.
Buyback — the company repurchases the diamond under contractually defined conditions.
Renewal — the plan can be continued for another term.

Yes. All diamonds within Diamond Solution are certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) — the world's most respected independent gemological authority. The GIA certificate documents all four quality criteria: Carat, Color, Clarity, and Cut.

The diamond is owned by the buyer. Ownership is clearly documented regardless of whether the diamond is in custody or has already been delivered.

The Kimberley Process is an international certification scheme that ensures diamonds do not originate from conflict zones where proceeds are used to finance insurgencies against governments. All diamonds in Diamond Solution comply with the Kimberley Process and are therefore conflict-free.

Professional custody of the diamonds is handled through specialized partners. Exact storage details are provided after the contract is signed. Storage is secured and insured; ownership remains with the buyer.

The 4Cs are the internationally standardized grading system for diamonds:

Carat (weight) — 1 carat = 0.2 grams; the primary driver of value.
Color — scale from D (colorless) to Z; colorless stones are rarer and more valuable.
Clarity — degree of internal inclusions; from FL (flawless) to I3.
Cut — cut quality determines the brilliance and fire of the stone.

The GIA certificate documents all four criteria independently and is globally recognized.
